Evolve

Over the next few months, you will notice some pretty major changes to Elizabeth Leighton Photography. Not just aesthetically but emotionally and mentally. Things will be moved around, colors changing, my style evolving and things becoming more real…more raw. I will put myself out there (there meaning here) more. Revealing the artist within who is fighting to get out.

There are some BIG changes about to happen and I can’t wait to share them with you.

I have one more blog post coming up and then my blog will be down intermittently over the next few months for renovation. Elizabeth Leighton Photography will be back with a fresh new website and blog along with a new outlook on how I photograph you…my client.

Life | Northern Virginia Child Photographer

Are you enjoying this amazing Fall weather? Having just moved from Florida, I know that winter is right around the corner and may be a shock to this Florida thin-blood so I’m enjoying the heck out of this cool, crisp air before I have to start bundling up and worrying about driving in snow for the first time in my life! EEK!

Posting some recent photos of my three youngest. My eldest was gone this weekend so I’ll sneak some photos of her soon. ;)

Elizabeth Leighton Washington DC Wedding Photographer

I feel I’ve been MIA from my blog for a while but it hasn’t even been a month since my last posting. We are getting settled here in North Virginia and I love it so far. The scenery is vastly different from Florida as is the cultural diversity. I love driving down the street and seeing so many unique faces out and about. The weather has been good to us and not as humid as Florida. Kids are still on summer vacation. We are learning our way around. I’ve known quite a few NoVa photographers from online and I’m about to start meeting them in person soon. I’m excited for what’s to come in both my business and personal life.

Some great stuff coming to the blog soon…product shots, a contest, a beautiful Florida country club wedding and more. :) Stay tuned. Catching up on all client-related items, so if you are waiting for goods, they are arriving soon! Thank you for your patience during our transition!

If there are any NoVa, DC or MD photogs who would like to meet up sometime, email me or give me a ring!
